By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager on nb55, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. Any Account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed and any funds held in that Account may be forfeited.
You must not be a resident of, or access the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. nb55 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific territory.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on nb55. Duplicate accounts — whether operated simultaneously or sequentially — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nb55 reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.
Accounts must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any third party, corporation or organisation.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
nb55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal and in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documentation includes:
No withdrawal request will be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. This requirement applies regardless of the deposit method used or the amount held in the Account. We recommend completing KYC verification early to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nb55 will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify nb55 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. nb55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
Deposits may only be made using payment methods listed in your Cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment methods referenced on this site — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar references for Pakistani users only. They do not imply that those providers endorse nb55 or permit gambling-related transactions. You must verify the terms of your payment provider before initiating any transfer.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits are processed in accordance with the terms applicable to the selected payment method.
To submit a withdrawal request, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
nb55 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the selected payment method, the status of your KYC verification, and nb55's internal review procedures. Bank transfers and certain other methods may take longer than digital wallet withdrawals.
Where available, transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency display in the Cashier reflects the options available at the time of use. Exchange rate variations may apply for transactions processed in currencies other than your account currency.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms provide a general framework; individual promotion terms take precedence for the specific offer in question.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings attributable to them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games or betting markets contribute equally — or at all — to Wagering Requirement fulfilment. The promotion terms for each offer specify which games, bet types and minimum odds qualify. Bets that do not meet minimum odds thresholds specified in the promotion terms will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
nb55 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or exploitation of promotional terms. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposite bets to lock in a profit regardless of outcome, and systematic exploitation of low-house-edge games in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Bonus Funds and associated free plays expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
All bets are subject to nb55's acceptance at its sole discretion. nb55 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet without prior notice. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed as accepted in your Account bet history.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 franchise matches and ICC tournament events — are offered as sporting entertainment. nb55 has no affiliation or official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or player. References to these events are sporting context only.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to event abandonment, or confirmed rule violations. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). nb55's settlement decisions on sports markets are final subject to the dispute process outlined in Section 13.
In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds changes and market availability. Live betting markets can close at any point during an event. nb55 accepts no responsibility for bets that cannot be placed due to rapid market changes during live play.
All RNG (random number generator) casino games on nb55 use certified random-number-generation systems to determine outcomes. Game RTP (return to player) percentages and house edge information are available in the game information panel for individual titles.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the same rules as their RNG equivalents, with outcomes determined by physical game events. Technical disconnections during live dealer sessions are handled in accordance with the specific rules of each live game title.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that interrupts a game round, nb55 will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter. Where a malfunction renders a game result uncertain or inaccurate, nb55 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's Account.
The rules governing each specific game title are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nb55 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
nb55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: the User has breached these Terms; the User has provided false information; suspicious activity has been detected; or nb55 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting nb55 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on active bonus balances will be reviewed. Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure are subject to the standard withdrawal process, including KYC verification.
Users may request voluntary self-exclusion via the Account settings panel or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and the User will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent. Re-activation requests before the exclusion period expires will be declined as a responsible gambling safeguard.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nb55 reserves the right to apply an administrative charge on dormant accounts in accordance with the applicable dormancy policy, details of which are available from the support team upon request.

Nothing in these Terms confers on you any right, title or interest in any nb55 intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from or sell any content obtained from the nb55 platform without prior written authorisation from nb55. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability.
nb55 provides access to gambling services on an "as available" basis. nb55 does not guarantee that any User will achieve a profit or recover funds deposited on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all Users participate at their own risk.
nb55 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. nb55 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability or technical errors, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Game titles on nb55 are provided by third-party software developers. nb55 accepts no liability for the content, performance or terms of third-party game titles beyond the controls that nb55 applies as the platform operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nb55's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nb55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, responsible gambling obligations and customer support. nb55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. nb55 does not represent that the operation of the platform is lawful in Pakistan or that Pakistani law permits online gambling. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the nb55 support and dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent consistent with applicable mandatory law.
nb55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, nb55 will endeavour to notify registered Users by means of a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. The date of last review is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact support.
